How I’m Pivoting My Business (Without Starting Over)

For a while, I thought I had to choose.

Marketing strategist or mentor.
Freelancer or founder.
Mum or businesswoman.
Do-er or leader.

But over the last year (and especially over the past few weeks, through some deep activation work) what’s become crystal clear is this:

I’m not choosing one version of me.
I’m integrating all of her.
And I’m building a business from that place.

What the pivot is (and what it’s not)

Let’s clear something up.

This pivot isn’t a crisis.
It’s not a rebrand.
It’s not a rejection of what I’ve done or what I’ve built.

I still love my marketing work. I still support some of the most incredible long-term clients in digital and social strategy. That part of my business isn’t going anywhere.

But something shifted in me last year — quietly, but undeniably.

A deeper clarity emerged.
A desire to use everything I know — about strategy, energy, business, capacity, and clarity — to support women who are just like me:

✨ Intelligent
✨ Ambitious
✨ High-capacity
✨ And quietly holding far too much

These are the women who aren’t falling apart but who know they’re not fully thriving.
They’re holding it all together. Business. Life. Family.
They’re successful by most people’s standards but they’re craving a new standard.
One built on energy, clarity, and balance not just performance.

I’m not here to convince anyone.

I’m here to call in the women who feel this too.

This pivot isn’t about adding another service.
It’s not about monetising my motherhood or packaging up my lived experience.
It’s about creating the kind of support I wish I’d had years ago – before I found myself standing in the middle of a life I loved, wondering why I still felt stuck.

Not broken. Not burnt out.
Just stuck. Still. Not moving forward fast enough.

And the truth is? That feeling wasn’t about strategy.
It was about energy and identity.
I was trying to build a business from the part of me that thought she had to earn her place.
Now, I’m building it from the woman who already knows her presence is enough.

The new question guiding everything:

What would it look like to grow a wildly successful business that honours your ambition and your nervous system?

That’s what I’m exploring now.
Not with fluff. Not with formulas.
With grounded strategy, clean energy, and the conviction that women like us don’t need to be pushed – we just need to be seen.
